Dr. Malisa Neptune-Figaro is a criminologist and lecturer in the Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. His research interests include:  transnational crimes, immigrant anf migratory crimes, policing, crimes against women and children.
