Cao Ngoc Anh did MA and PhD at Northumbria University at Newcastle, the UK and is currently Vice Dean of Faculty of Security Staff and Command, People’s Security Academy, Ha Noi, Viet Nam. His research areas include green criminology, police profession and leadership and non-traditional security. Among his recent publications are the textbook “Overview of non-traditional security” used for high-qualified undergraduates and research project “Theoretical development on leadership and command in protecting national security”.
