Stefano Porfido is a post-doctoral researcher at Roma Tre University (Italy), where he focuses on the legal regime governing nature restoration in European Law. He is affiliated with the Centre for International Environmental Studies of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Stefano earned his PhD in Law from Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies (Pisa), defending a thesis on restorative justice for corporate environmental crimes. His research interests include environmental law, restorative justice, green criminological perspectives on environmental harms, human rights, and corporate sustainable due diligence law.
