Jane Hindley is a senior lecture in interdisciplinary studies at the University of Essex.  Her research focuses on UK climate change policies and grassroots sustainability initiatives. Jane also has particular expertise in education for sustainability.  As well as developing and teaching modules oriented to environmental sustainability, she has been involved in a range of community outreach initiatives to raise public awareness about climate change and sustainable solutions, including with local primary schools.
